Single In-Person Session
This is the most basic option, and includes only one in-person coaching session. The program is a basic full-body workout designed to be followed 1-3 days a week for 4-6 weeks, and is ideal for clients who have a gym membership or a home gym and plan to work out independently.
8 Sessions Package
These are 8 in-person personalized sessions designed specifically for your body and to achieve your specific goals. Most people utilize this for coaching twice a week, but sessions can be spread out as needed.
**Please note that sessions will expire 90 days after the first session.
4 Sessions (Most Popular)
These are 4 in-person personalized sessions designed specifically for your body and to achieve your specific goals. Most people utilize this for coaching once a week, but sessions can be spread out as needed.
**Please note that sessions will expire 60 days after the first session.
16 Sessions Package
These are 16 in-person personalized sessions designed specifically for your body and to achieve your specific goals. Most people utilize this for coaching three times a week, but sessions can be spread out as needed.
**Please note that sessions will expire 120 days after the first session.
On Location Add-on
